Track and Field events are held on Wednesday. The two day Piping Competitions, begin on Tuesday. Sailing and rowing races are held on the Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of games week. Please see the 2024 programme here for full details.

Please note that due to the current weather forecast the Highland Dancing competition has been moved to Portree Community Centre. Please view the Google Map below to see its location.
Track & Field Events
The track and field events are held within the amphitheatre which is our games venue and include Running, Jumping and Heavy Events. Please note times times shown in our programme for these events are approximations for guidance only. The actual time of each event will depend on the number of competitors entering on the day.
Piping
The piping competitions are held on Tuesday, the day before the Games and on Games day itself.
Sailing and Rowing
A Dinghy Regatta will be held on Monday. The Vice Admirals Cup for Keel Boats and Day Boats will be held on Tuesday and Rowing Races will be held on Wednesday.

Yacht race entry
Entry to the yacht race is to be made on the day of the race at Portree Harbour.
All other events
Entry to all other events is made 'on the field' on Games Day.
